An Amazing Conversation

(Over cookies and water, Sophie and Sean grade papers...)

Sean: (reading a freshman paper) "One of the more famous actions Odysseus took was when he thought of the Trojan Horse."

Sophie: He took an action???

Sean: No! He took a thought!

Sophie: (pensively sarcastic) Ohhh...


(A few minutes later...)
Erica: Wait---how could you take a thought???

Sean:(laughs)

Sophie: I need another cookie.

(A few minutes after that)
Sophie: I feel cold!

(Sean blows on her)

Three recently found things which I intend on keeping…..

1. A really warm jacket my dad use to wear that will keep me very, very warm in my FREEZING non-insulated room.

2. I found that we have a tangerine tree in the backyard...I will be using the tangerines for a long time.

3. A new outlook on planning a wedding.
